I'm thinking of getting my very own web page on which to blog. I do have a birthday coming up. I do live with a complete computer nerd who would love to try her hand at designing a bloggy kind of website. I don't want to be shackled down by the rules of diaryland anymore. I'd also like to open things up to friends of mine and this is NOT the place to do it as far as I'm concerned. It could all work out to be the best birthday ever.
There are lots of errands for me to do this afternoon. When Ally head off to work her second job of the day she becomes the errand delegator. I remember her saying something about carving up the rest of the turkey carcass in the fridge. After that she became the teacher from Charlie Brown, as I was far too busy on trying to get a free man in Asteroids on our Atari.
So of course I'm procrastinating on the turkey thing. I'm really a horrible turkey carver. While trying to make a sandwich yesterday I almost lost a finger. I tried to convey these worries to my dearest Ally but she shrugged them off as my attempt to not get off the couch while she was gone. Perhaps she knows me too well.....
