Where's the snow?

Last week it was snowy and beautiful out. This week it is green and wet. It's looking like another green Christmas where I am. I live on the north east coast of Canada, I expect snow. This will be our 3rd green Christmas in a row. In February, when no one cares about Christmas ambience, it will snow until the city has to shut down. There is no justice.

I finished Christmas shopping yesterday. Well, most of it anyway. Sadly I do have to head out at 8:00 a.m. on Christmas Eve to pick up a few stocking knick-knacks...... and some elbow pads for Allison.... and the collectors edition of The Shawshank Redemption. Minor details. I would have taken care of that last night but I don't get paid until Christmas Eve. Thanks work! You're forcing hundreds of employees to wait until the last minute.

Speaking of work, I just received a phone call from them begging me to come in as soon as possible. I suppose I shouldn't be wasting time updating then.

Later. I WILL update later. For real.
